With a small staff, we find email much more cost effective and
efficient to answer your questions properly. Also, placing an
order online is safe and secure with our e-commerce provider,
Plimus. In fact, it is much safer to provide a credit card
online with a secure connection than placing it over a phone
line. Also, when everything is in writing, there is less chance
for any miscommunication and mistakes with your order. We
